Plat Illustration

This project was for a wholesale land company that I’ve done quite a bit of work with. For this project, they supplied me with copies of the county plat map. I then had to piece each one together (there were 11 in total) and create an accurate illustration of the whole property including lot numbers. Each lot color was changed if it was still available or sold. I loved the technical challenge of this project and the client was extremely happy with the results!
